I'm a Technical Design Engineer driven by one question: How do we make this real? From large-scale architectural installations and lighting systems to CAD automation, product development, and fabrication, I bridge engineering and creativity to transform ambitious ideas into buildable solutions.
I help bridge the gap between concept and production. Over the past decade, I've worked on everything from large-scale architectural installations and retail experiences to custom products, manufacturing automation, and fabrication engineering. I bring a multidisciplinary approach rooted in technical design, practical manufacturing knowledge, and a passion for solving complex problems—creating solutions that are both innovative and buildable.

I've built my career around one idea: turning ambitious concepts into manufacturable reality. Whether a project begins as an artist's sketch, a customer's idea, or an engineer's model, I enjoy bridging the gap between design intent and successful production.
My career hasn't followed a traditional path, and I wouldn't want it to. Over the past decade I've worked across engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, CAD, software development, product design, and large-scale architectural installations. Each project has taught me something new, and each new challenge has expanded the way I think.
What drives me isn't the title on my business card—it's curiosity. I don't pretend to know everything, and I think that's one of my greatest strengths. I'm comfortable stepping into unfamiliar territory, asking questions, learning from people who know more than I do, and doing the work required to become proficient. For me, learning isn't something that happens between projects—it's part of every project.
I enjoy solving problems that sit between disciplines, where engineering meets creativity and ideas become physical things. Whether I'm writing software to automate a manufacturing process, developing fabrication drawings, programming CNC equipment, designing lighting systems, or collaborating with talented teams, my goal is always the same: build something thoughtfully, solve the right problem, and leave the project better than I found it.
Outside of client work, I'm continuing to grow as an engineer. I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering while developing new products through Blackwood Studios and exploring embedded systems, RF technologies, and intelligent product design. I believe no one is ever finished learning, and I hope I never lose the excitement that comes with discovering something new.
I've learned that the most valuable skill I have isn't knowing every answer—it's being willing to chase one until I find it. I approach every project with curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to learn whatever the problem requires.
I enjoy challenges that don't come with instructions, where engineering, manufacturing, software, and creative thinking intersect. For me, the best solutions come from understanding the problem deeply and building something that works in the real world.
